Localisation/adaptation

Each language has many varieties. The English spoken in the USA is different from that one spoken in the UK. Different versions of Spanish are spoken through Latin America and in Spain. The same rule applies to French.

This is why Asense translations has a localisation service.

Since each country has its own and particular culture, each one has a different way to appreciate and interpret a message. Therefore, it is important to adjust the latter so it will touch and be accepted by the public it is aimed at.

The localisation service consists in making consistent the use of vocabulary among other things and, when needed, in adjusting the general tone of the text so as to avoid shocking or offending the target public.
